## YAHOO Email and Identifiers

{% hint style="success" %}
Resolved: Yahoo Email Accounts with Multiple Profiles
{% endhint %}

We are pleased to announce that the restriction affecting users with multiple accounts registered under the same Yahoo email address has been resolved.

* For users with several accounts on the Yahoo domain, each account now uses a unique identifier: \_1, \_2, \_3, etc. (e.g., o\*\*\*\*<_1@yahoo.com>, o\*\*\*\*<_2@yahoo.com>).
* This change was necessary because Yahoo does not support identifiers with +1, +2, etc. used for other registered domains
* To access all needed accounts, users should follow the reset password steps adding the relevant identifiers
* When resetting the password for any of these accounts, the password reset link will be sent to your main Yahoo email (e.g., o\*\*\*\*@yahoo.com).
* You can now successfully reset passwords and access all your accounts as needed.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this.
