Date: 29 October 2025

KYC SUBMISSION AND REQUIRED ACTIONS

As more and more applications are submitted every day, we want to ensure that the success rate of KYC can be optimized. The team reviewing the application has detected the most common scenarios that bring a KYC to ‘rejection with retry’. These scenarios are highlighted below. Please read them carefully as they may help the next attempt to be successful:

When using for verification an Identity Card or Drivers License, both sides of the document must be uploaded to ensure clear visibility on all details. The cover of the Passport is not needed.

Paper Missing

Paper with date and platform name must be clearly held while taking the selfie

Selfie

Incorrect Details on Paper

Ensure the date on the paper, with format DD/MM/YYYY, matches with the date of submission of the KYC. If the KYC needs to be resubmitted, a new selfie with updated date is required

If you still did not access your account, be reminded that a form must be submitted on initial log in.

When filling out the form, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate, to avoid any mismatch with the information that will be provided while performing KYC.

NOTE: Reminder that KYC is not required for accounts without balance.

ACCOUNTS REGISTERED WITH YAHOO EMAIL

While the email domain restriction has been solved for Outlook and Hotmail, the team needs additional time to resolve for Yahoo. Clients with account/s registered with Yahoo email, can access the main account after resetting the password. Following a successful password reset, clients can complete the KYC verification process for the first account, while waiting for the team to finalize the solution.

CLAIM AND WITHDRAWAL FEATURES

Once the KYC is approved for a specific account, the account is enabled for the Claim & Withdrawal features.

Claiming XPL Tokens

After successful KYC verification, clients will be able to unlock the XPL balance. Once the XPL tokens are unlocked, clients can claim a certain amount of XPL on a daily basis. The daily claimable amount depends on the total XPL holdings in the account, and each claimed amount will be added to your Total Withdrawal Wallet.

Withdrawing XPL Tokens

After claiming XPL tokens, clients will be able to withdraw them externally to any external wallet address on the BSC Chain network.

The transaction should follow the minimum amount required mentioned while performing the withdrawal.

XPL is currently officially listed on the following exchange platforms: KoinBay, WEEX, and LBank.
