11 June 2026 Pulse World Report – Withdrawals, KYC & Platform Updates

This report provides important updates regarding XPL withdrawals, KYC verification requirements, account management features, and upcoming platform developments within the Pulse World ecosystem.

XPL Withdrawals Update

Current Status

Pulse World is currently implementing improvements to the withdrawal functionality to enhance platform performance, reliability, and service quality.

As a result, some withdrawal requests may remain in a pending status for longer than the standard processing timeframe displayed within the platform.

Important Notice

Users with pending withdrawal requests do not need to take any additional action.

Once the withdrawal system update has been finalized, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed accordingly.

We appreciate the community's patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed.

KYC Verification Reminder

To help improve approval rates and reduce delays, users should ensure that all submitted KYC documents meet the following requirements.

Passport and Identity Documents

Signature Required

If a passport includes a signature section, the passport must be signed before submission.

Latin Characters

Documents should contain core information written in Latin Characters. This helps ensure accurate verification and processing.

Original Document Only

Users must upload a clear photograph of the original document.

The following are not accepted:

- Screenshots

- Scanned copies

- Photocopies

- Edited images

Full Document Visibility

All corners and edges of the document must be visible in the uploaded image.

Cropped images may result in rejection.

Information Accuracy

The name entered during KYC submission must match exactly the name shown on the identity document.

The First and Last Name shall be entered in Latin Characters. Any other characters, symbols or alphabet used to add the Name cannot be verified.

Any mismatch in spelling, sequence of names, or missing information may lead to rejection and resubmission requirements.

Email Change Functionality Available

Users who have successfully completed KYC verification can now update their registered email address directly from the platform.

How to Change Your Email

Click on your username (upper right corner of the screen) and select "Profile".

Your login data will be shown.

1 - Select "Email" from the menu and insert your new email address.

2 - Click on SAVE.

3 - A pop-up will appear where you have to insert the validation code.

4 - Go to your current email inbox, you should have received an email with the code.

5 - Insert the validation code.

6 - The email change is completed

Additional guidance and assistance may be provided by the support team, if required.

Gaming Platform Integration (Coming Soon)

Pulse World is preparing to introduce an integrated gaming area powered by a white-label gaming solution.

The new gaming section will feature:

- Casual games

- Quick-play experiences

- Competitive tournaments

- Global leaderboards

Rewards System

Users will be able to accumulate in-game points through gameplay and participation.

These points may be redeemed for rewards within the Pulse World ecosystem, including reward mechanisms connected to XPL.

More information regarding the gaming platform launch will be announced through official Pulse World channels.

Multiple Accounts Registered Under the Same Main Email

Pulse World allows an individual user to maintain multiple accounts associated with the same primary email address through the use of unique account identifiers.

This functionality is permitted provided that:

- The user is the legitimate owner of the primary email address.

- The user maintains full control and access to that email account.

Important Requirement

Users must only operate accounts connected to email addresses that they personally own and control.

Accounts Using Third-Party Email Addresses

If an account has been registered under an email address that belongs to another individual, the owner of the primary email address must open a support ticket through the official Support Channel.

After verification, the Pulse World team will provide instructions to complete the necessary account adjustments.
