# Pulse World

## Pulse World

Pulse World is a next-generation decentralized ecosystem that combines Metaverse, GameFi, SocialFi, DeFi, NFTs, and education into a single immersive platform. Built on the BNB Chain and powered by the utility token XPL, Pulse World creates a unified digital economy where users can earn, learn, connect, and grow. The platform is designed to address the fragmented nature of existing Web3 services by offering an integrated user experience that blends entertainment, financial empowerment, and community building.

Pulse World goes beyond being just another virtual world. It acts as an economic and social engine for the Web3 era—where each room, event, and interaction becomes a vehicle for value creation. Whether you're a gamer, artist, educator, student, or investor, Pulse World offers a unique intersection of immersive experiences and real-world economic incentives.

### Vision

To shape the future through decentralized innovation by connecting people in a virtual world that empowers communities, fosters economic opportunity, and unlocks the value of digital ownership.

Pulse World envisions a fully democratized internet experience where access to wealth-building tools and creative opportunities is not dictated by geography, privilege, or traditional gatekeepers. We aim to build a new digital civilization where freedom, autonomy, and collaboration define the rules of engagement.

### Mission

Pulse World bridges entertainment, learning, and financial empowerment by offering immersive experiences, blockchain tools, and creator-driven marketplaces, enabling anyone to thrive in the decentralized economy.

We believe education, expression, and economic advancement are fundamental rights. By combining metaverse infrastructure with tokenized incentives, Pulse World cultivates an environment where passion and purpose converge. #### 5.2. Listing

5.2.1. Provided that you comply with the Applicable Law and complete the KYC verification process, you may list your NFT(s) on the Platform for sale and specify its pricing. Any revenue earned for sales of NFTs on the Platform, minus any transaction fees, shall be paid to you immediately via the Blockchain by the purchaser of the NFT.

5.2.2. Each sales transaction that occurs on the Platform will be subject to a fee payable by the purchaser to Pulse. Such a fee will be automatically applied as part of the sales transaction.

5.2.3. You understand and agree that we do not execute or effectuate Minting of any Items or purchase, transfer or sale of any NFT. All transactions are conducted solely through supported Blockchains via a compatible Web3 Wallet (e.g. MetaMask).

5.2.4. You understand and agree that, whilst we offer a marketplace for NFTs, we do not Mint, buy, sell or take custody or possession of any NFTs or other crypto-assets, nor do we act as an agent or custodian for any User. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no insight into or control over these transactions, nor do we have the ability to reverse any such transactions. ACCORDINGLY, WE WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF SUCH TRANSACTIONS.&#x20;

6.4. All future staked token unlocks are subject to a mandatory vesting period of one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five (1,825) days (five (5) years) from the day the user initiates the first claim on the platform. Vesting shall apply on a linear basis platform-wide and shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:&#x20;

**Daily Vested Amount** = Total Locked Tokens ÷ 1,825&#x20;

Vesting shall run continuously from the commencement date, and the User's claimable balance shall increase on a daily basis in accordance with the foregoing calculation. The vested portion of the User's locked tokens shall accumulate daily and become available for claiming in accordance with this Clause 6.

6.5. During any applicable vesting, staking, lock-up or cool-down period stated in the Vesting Rules, the relevant XPL is locked in the smart contract and is non-transferable, except as expressly permitted by the Vesting Rules or upon completion of the applicable period.

6.6. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Vesting Rules, accumulated XPL rewards may be claimed no more than once per calendar day by clicking the “Claim” button, and claiming rewards does not unlock, accelerate or otherwise affect any vesting, staking, lock-up or cool-down conditions applicable to the principal XPL vested.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your Personal Data. If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please contact us.&#x20;

**Request access** to your Personal Data (commonly known as a "Data Subject Access Request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.&#x20;

**Request correction** of the Personal Data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.&#x20;

**Request erasure** of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it, or when you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal ground for processing. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below). Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.&#x20;

**Object to processing** of your Personal Data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.&#x20;

**Request restriction** of processing of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your Personal Data, for example, if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.&#x20;

**Request the transfer** of your Personal Data to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.&#x20;

**Withdraw consent** at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

#### No Fee Usually Charged

You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

#### What We May Need From You

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

#### Time Limit to Respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month or in accordance with applicable law. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

#### XPL Tokens

XPL is a native utility token of the Platform intended to provide access to certain services on the Platform and, as such, XPL has no rights, intended uses or attributes outside of use within the Platform. XPL serves solely as a technical means to access or pay for designated services within the Platform; it has no intrinsic or guaranteed value outside that context.

We do not make any warranties or representations of any kind with regard to XPL, and we expressly disclaim all warranties and representations relating to XPL, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

The XPL tokens are provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis. There is no guarantee that XPL will perform as expected or hold any particular value or price. XPL may lose some or all of their value. We do not make any promises with respect to XPL, its price, value, supply amount, performance, etc. We cannot and do not influence the price of XPL or its performance, and assume no liability to any person for XPL tokens, their performance, value or loss in value, the use or inability to use XPL.

XPL is not an investment, security, share or equity interest, debt or loan nor a derivative instrument of any of the foregoing. Neither the Materials nor anything communicated or provided by us constitutes a prospectus or offering document, or is an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy XPL or any other asset.

XPL does not provide any person with the rights of any type with respect to us or our affiliates, their revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary or other financial or legal rights, nor are the XPL tokens intended to provide any person with any other rights of any type. XPL tokens are not a loan and do not provide any right of ownership or other interest.

XPL HAVE NOT BEEN AND WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNDER THE US SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED (THE “SECURITIES ACT”), AND MAY NOT BE OFFERED OR SOLD WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OR TO, OR FOR THE ACCOUNT OR BENEFIT OF, U.S. PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN REGULATION S UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT).&#x20;

Unless expressly allowed by us at our discretion, XPL cannot be received, used, or held by, transferred or sold to, a person which is (i) the subject of economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes administered or enforced by any country or government, including, but not limited to, those administered by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States or any other applicable jurisdictions, (ii) located, organised or resident in any country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide sanctions, (iii) listed in any sanctions-related list of sanctioned persons, including, but not limited to, those maintained by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States, (iv) located, organised or resident in Canada, Cuba, the Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Libya, South Sudan, Sudan (North), Syria, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the territories of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk (Ukraine), and the United States of America, any jurisdiction in which the acquisition and/or ownership of Tokens is prohibited by applicable law, or (v) directly or indirectly owned or controlled by any person or persons described above.

#### Forward-Looking Statements

The Platform and the Materials may contain forward-looking statements based on current expectations that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. All opinions, forecasts, projections, future plans or other statements other than statements of historical fact, are forward-looking statements. Any development plans and projections, business projections, future functionality and projected performance of XPL, the Platform or us, as well as prospects and the future prospects of any industry, are forward-looking statements.

Forward-looking statements by their nature address matters that are, to different degrees, uncertain or unknown. We can give no assurance that any forward-looking statements will prove to have been correct. Actual events, results or outcomes could differ materially from what is stated in the forward-looking statement, and you should not rely on any such forward-looking statement. These risks and uncertainties include the impact of economic, competitive, technical and other factors affecting XPL, the Platform, us or our operations, including, but not limited to, the following: development of science and technology, development of the industry in which we are in, competition, regulatory uncertainty and government actions, the introduction of new regulations and laws, market changes, the performance of XPL, the Platform or related services, other business and market conditions.

### I. GENERAL RISKS

#### Platform Availability and Reliability&#x20;

Pulse provides access to its Platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees are provided regarding uninterrupted access, as interruptions due to maintenance, technical failure, external attacks, or force majeure events may occur. We do not warrant or represent that the Platform, Tokens or any such related software are secure or safe, or protected from fishing, malware or other malicious attacks. Further, the Platform, Tokens and their related software may contain weaknesses, bugs, vulnerabilities, viruses or other defects which may have a material adverse effect on the operation of the Platform, Tokens or any such related software or may lead to losses and damages for you, other users or third persons.

#### Technological Risks

Users should ensure their devices, operating systems, and software are compatible with the Platform. Any failure to meet these technical requirements could result in service disruption or failure to access services. Use of outdated software or failure to keep software updated may expose users to security vulnerabilities and reduce functionality.

#### Operational Risks

Operational risks, including the risk of human error, mismanagement, or third-party service disruptions, could negatively affect the performance of the Platform. These risks include potential failures in the operational processes of trading, transfers, and custody of digital assets. Incorrect wallet addresses, transaction parameters, or other data inputs by users may lead to irreversible losses. Pulse is not liable for any errors caused by users when interacting with the Platform.

#### Cybersecurity Risks

The Platform and the services are susceptible to operational, information security and related cyber risks arising from both deliberate attacks and unintentional events, including unauthorized access to digital systems, malware or ransomware infections, data corruption, and denial‑of‑service attacks intended to disrupt availability and normal operations.

Such incidents may target on‑chain components and smart contracts that facilitate Platform services including XPL and NFT interactions, as well as off‑chain infrastructure and third‑party dependencies used by the Platform, such as web applications, APIs, authentication and KYC systems, storage, analytics tools, wallets, RPC providers, bridges, or payment and messaging services.

Any such events could adversely affect the Platform or its third‑party service providers and may result in your inability to access or use the Platform or Tokens. Certain incidents may be non‑recoverable and can lead to permanent loss of access to, or control over the Tokens or associated rewards. Users remain solely responsible for maintaining robust wallet and endpoint security, including safeguarding private keys and seed phrases, implementing phishing and malware protections, and monitoring on‑chain approvals and transactions. Pulse cannot initiate, reverse or recover on‑chain transactions on a user’s behalf and cannot guarantee the security of any third‑party systems or networks integrated with or used to access the Platform.

***

### II. BLOCKCHAIN & SMART CONTRACT RISKS

The Platform, Tokens and their related software are or will be deployed on the Binance blockchain main network, and later may be deployed on other blockchains. As a result, any malfunction, breakdown or abandonment of such blockchain(s) may have a material adverse effect on the Platform, Tokens or such related software. Moreover, advances in cryptography, or technical advances such as the development of quantum computing, could present risks to the Platform, Tokens or such related software, and related blockchain software by rendering ineffective the cryptographic consensus mechanism that underpins the blockchain. The smart-contract concept, the underlying software application and software platform (i.e., Binance or other blockchain) are still in an early development stage and unproven. Although it is very unlikely, the blockchain, as well as any other blockchain, can be attacked which may result in downtime, consensus split, long reorganization of the chain, 51 percent attack, or other adverse outcomes each of which may lead to complete loss of your digital assets.

#### Hard Forks

Changes to the protocols that govern the blockchain may result in the development of parallel chains of blocks (so-called "hard forks") when some of the blockchain's nodes are validating transactions on the basis of the old version of the protocol, while other nodes are validating transactions on the basis of the new protocol. In the event of a hard fork of blockchain(s) supported by the Platform, Pulse may be forced to suspend all actions and services related to the Platform, with or without prior notice, until Pulse has in its sole discretion determined how the functionality can be restored. Pulse shall at its sole discretion decide which forks it shall support.

#### Smart Contracts&#x20;

Tokens and certain services on the Platform are created and managed under the terms of a so-called “smart contract”, i.e. computer code that defines the manner in which digital tokens can be created, transferred and cancelled. Smart contracts are non-trivial pieces of computer code and their interactions with the blockchain for which they have been created are complex. It cannot be excluded that the code for the smart contract used by us contains flaws, errors, defects and bugs, which may disable some functionality of the Platform and/or Tokens, expose users’ information or otherwise be harmful to users or Pulse.&#x20;

#### Lack of Anonymity

Transactions in Tokens occur on public blockchains; shortly after submission, transaction metadata (including transacting addresses, token amounts and balances) becomes publicly viewable and permanently recorded.

Although the data made available on the public version of a blockchain is anonymous, it will include the blockchain address of each user transacting in Tokens or using certain services on the Platform, and the entire trading history of each address (including amounts traded, the price of each trade and the balances held in each digital wallet). As a result, the trading history of each blockchain address is available to the general public and it may be possible for members of the public to determine the identity of the holders of certain blockchain addresses based on publicly available information.

#### Loss or Theft of XPL and Other Assets

Control over any Tokens transacted via the Platform depends on possession of the private key for the blockchain address that holds such assets; loss, theft or compromise of that private key (or seed phrase) may permanently prevent a user from accessing, transferring or otherwise exercising control over Tokens associated with that address.

Pulse operates on a non‑custodial basis and does not hold or control users’ private keys; on‑chain transactions are generally irreversible, and Pulse cannot initiate, reverse or recover transactions or restore access to a compromised address.

Hackers or other groups or organisations may attempt to interfere with your digital wallet in any number of ways, including (without limitation) denial of service attacks, Sybil attacks, spoofing, smurfing, malware attacks or consensus-based attacks. Pulse shall not be liable for any damage or loss in connection with your digital wallet.

#### Additional Fees and Network Costs (gas and related charges)

Transfers or other on‑chain operations involving Tokens on the Platform (including, without limitation, minting, staking, vesting deposits/withdrawals, reward claims, approvals and smart‑contract interactions) may require payment of network transaction fees (“gas”) in the native crypto‑asset of the supported network(s). Such gas fees are paid to network validators and are set by network conditions outside Pulse’s control.

Gas fees can be volatile and, at times, may exceed the value of Tokens involved, rendering a transaction uneconomic or causing a transaction to fail if insufficient gas is provided. Users are solely responsible for funding and paying all such fees.

***

### III. DIGITAL ASSET & MARKET RISKS

#### Volatility and Price Fluctuations

Tokens, as digital assets, are subject to extreme volatility. The value of Tokens may fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably, both upwards and downwards, due to factors such as market demand, regulatory developments, technological advancements, liquidity constraints, and general macroeconomic conditions. You should be prepared for the possibility of significant or total loss of your Tokens.

#### Liquidity Risks&#x20;

Tokens may have limited liquidity, making it difficult to buy or sell them in the market. There may also be a risk of Tokens being delisted from third-party exchanges or trading platforms, making it difficult to trade or exchange such tokens.

#### Market Risks

Market risk refers to the possibility that the overall market conditions could negatively impact the price of Tokens. Events such as market illiquidity, sudden withdrawal of buyers, or systemic failures could severely affect your ability to sell or transfer Tokens at favorable prices, or at all. There is no assurance that any Tokens will maintain or increase its value.

#### Capital Loss

Tokens are speculative by nature. Holding or using these assets carries high risk and should not be considered as a traditional or guaranteed return. Users may lose the entirety of their funds . Tokens may be delisted or lose value with no recovery mechanism.

***

### IV. PRODUCT SPECIFIC RISKS

#### Risks Related to NFTs

Authenticity, provenance, uniqueness and continued availability of NFTs and their associated content are not guaranteed. Digital content referenced by an NFT (including artwork, images, audio, video, traits and metadata) may be stored off‑chain (e.g., via IPFS, Arweave, or other services) and can become unavailable, altered or inaccessible due to link rot, outages, censorship, takedown requests, service discontinuation or other events outside Pulse’s control. Some NFTs are “dynamic” and may change over time by design.&#x20;

Ownership of an NFT does not, by itself, grant any intellectual property or other rights in the underlying content, brand or artwork except as expressly licensed by the applicable rights holder; any such license may be limited, subject to conditions, or revoked as permitted by law. Content may be subject to third‑party claims (including copyright, trademark or other rights claims) that could limit the display, transferability or use of the NFT. Pulse is not obligated to host, pin, display, index or continue to make available any content or metadata and may remove or restrict access to content at its sole discretion, including in response to legal notices or policy violations.

Royalties, rewards, benefits or other utility (including, without limitation, access to content or events, airdrops, staking, gating, or future features) are not guaranteed, may be modified or discontinued, may not be enforced or recognized across all marketplaces or networks, and may depend on third‑party support or technical standards outside Pulse’s control. Any statements regarding future functionality or utility are forward‑looking, non‑binding and subject to change. NFTs should not be acquired for speculative or investment purposes or with any expectation of profit.

#### Staking and Vesting Related Risks

Participation in vesting and staking services on the Platform involves the risk of loss, including impermanent loss. Cryptography and blockchain-based systems are evolving technologies with unique risks and this could result in the hack, theft or loss of any or all of your assets as part of the vesting and staking services on the Platform. Your vested assets may lose all value while you are participating in such services on the Platform. There is no guarantee that you will receive the rewards projected or anticipated.

***

### V. THIRD-PARTY RISKS

Your ability to access or use the Platform and its services may depend on third‑party services and infrastructure (including oracles, indexers, data providers, storage networks, wallets and marketplaces). Outages, changes, exploits or discontinuation of such services may adversely affect your Tokens or your ability to access or use the Platform. These services are outside Pulse’s control, and Pulse shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

***

### VI. REGULATORY & LEGAL RISKS

#### Legal Uncertainty

Digital assets are subject to rapidly evolving regulatory environments. Laws, rules, and regulations governing the use, transfer, taxation, and classification of digital assets may change or be introduced without notice, potentially impacting the legality or viability of transactions conducted on the Platform. Regulatory measures in different jurisdictions could restrict your ability to access or utilize the Platform and may affect the value or security of your Tokens.

#### Taxation and Reporting&#x20;

Digital assets may be subject to tax reporting, capital gains, or other taxation requirements under your local or international laws. Users are solely responsible for determining their tax obligations and for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. Pulse does not provide tax advice and shall not be liable for any tax-related obligations incurred by users.

#### Jurisdictional Compliance

Pulse operates globally, but users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is legal in their jurisdiction. Accessing or using the Platform in violation of local laws or regulations may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Pulse does not guarantee that the Platform is available in all jurisdictions or that it complies with all local laws.

***

### VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By accessing or using the Platform and/or Tokens you accept all of the listed risks and agree that we shall not be in any way liable for any losses or damages incurred due to or in connection with such risks. You do hereby also acknowledge and agree that both the Platform and Tokens may be subject to additional risk disclosure statements that may be amended from time to time.

Project Status Update and Clarification on Past Delays

**Issued by:** FILTROLABS SOFTWARE LTD, trading as Pulse World

**Date:** 12 August 2025

**Official Contact:** <info@pulseworld.com><br>

**To Whom It May Concern,**

We wish to provide an official statement regarding the operational status of the Pulse World project, clarify previous delays, and inform our community and partners about our renewed strategic roadmap.

**1. Background and Development Timeline**\
Pulse World was conceived as an innovative platform at the intersection of blockchain, entertainment, music, and digital assets. In late 2022, we initiated our token launch (XPL) through community presale activities, external partnerships, and public events.

**2. Unexpected Delays and Liquidity Challenges**\
As previously announced in the official statement released in January 2024, the project was navigating through significant operational and financial challenges. These challenges included delays in fund transfers from third parties and complications in maintaining liquidity required for the launch phase.

Following the public introduction of the XPL token, the project experienced a series of delays. These were primarily related to unforeseen internal and external liquidity challenges, which temporarily affected our ability to execute technical integrations, complete platform development milestones, and maintain token price stability during the post-launch period.

**3. Extensive Work and Long-Term Commitment**\
Despite these difficulties, the Pulse World team never stopped working. Over the past several months, we have dedicated significant time, resources, and effort to overcoming the technical, financial, and organizational obstacles. This work included software development, infrastructure optimization, legal compliance, and ecosystem design. Our goal has always been to build a functional, secure, and valuable platform that delivers on our original promise.

**4. Resolution and Strategic Realignment** \
We acknowledge and regret the inconvenience these delays may have caused to our early community supporters and stakeholders. Since then, Filtrolabs Software LLC has worked diligently to reorganize its internal operations, resolve outstanding financial and operational bottlenecks, and secure new development resources.

We are pleased to confirm that these issues have been addressed. Pulse World is now fully equipped, both financially and structurally, to resume and complete its product roadmap.

**5. The Path Forward** \
Our development team is actively preparing for a full-scale reactivation of the project. The platform’s technical foundation, token utilities, and associated features are being reviewed, enhanced, and relaunched in phases. The objective is to deliver on the original vision with transparency, efficiency, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

**6. Commitment to the Community** \
Parallel to the relaunch, XPL and its legal representatives are actively pursuing appropriate legal measures against individuals, partners, or entities whose actions have caused reputational and financial harm to the project. These steps are being taken to protect the interests of the community and to ensure accountability for prior misconduct.

Pulse World reaffirms its commitment to its global community of users, partners, and supporters. We understand the responsibility we carry and will continue to communicate progress updates with clarity and accountability.

For any further questions, please contact our compliance and support team at <info@pulseworld.com>.

## Pulse World Report – Account and KYC Update

Date: 13 October 2025

***

### 1. Account Identifiers and User Access

* Initially, users who registered on the platform with the same email for multiple accounts were assigned numerical identifiers (e.g., +1, +2), only to accounts with a balance, to allow independent access.
* After review, for clarity and visibility, identifiers were also added to accounts without a balance. Now, all accounts—regardless of balance—have a unique email identifier.
* For users who previously logged into an account with no identifier and no balance, they may now see an account with a balance as the primary account. Accounts with a balance are prioritized and mapped starting with the email without identifier, followed by +1, +2, etc.
* Due to this change, some users who matched an identifier with a specific username in the past weeks may now see a different username associated with that email with the identifier.

### 2. Email Domain Restrictions for Password Recovery

* Users with email domains such as Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail or other irregular domains are currently unable to receive password reset emails for accounts with identifiers, as this is not supported by the domain.
* The team is actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates once a solution is available.

### 3. KYC Submission and Required Actions

* Users who submitted KYC (Know Your Customer) documents under the old account mapping will need to resubmit.
* To ensure accuracy, all KYC submissions will be rejected in the coming days. Clients must initiate KYC again using the correct email and username.
* KYC is mandatory only for accounts with a balance in order to claim funds. For accounts without a balance, KYC is not required at this time.

### 4. Token Availability

* All token wallets have been consolidated and converted into XPL. These converted XPL tokens are now held in a dedicated vesting wallet associated with the users’ accounts.

### Pulse World Report – KYC and Claim Clarifications

As more and more applications are submitted every day, we want to ensure that the success rate of KYC can be optimized. The team reviewing the application has detected the most common scenarios that bring a KYC to ‘rejection with retry’. These scenarios are highlighted below. Please read them carefully as they may help the next attempt to be successful:

| CATEGORY          | COMMON ISSUES                                                | REQUIREMENT CLARIFIED                                                                                                                                                                            |

| Selfie | Incorrect Details on Paper | Ensure the date on the paper, with format DD/MM/YYYY, matches with the date of submission of the KYC. If the KYC needs to be resubmitted, a new selfie with updated date is required |

If you still did not access your account, be reminded that a form must be submitted on initial log in.&#x20;

When filling out the form, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate, to avoid any mismatch with the information that will be provided while performing KYC.

NOTE: Reminder that KYC is not required for accounts without balance.

## ACCOUNTS REGISTERED WITH YAHOO EMAIL

While the email domain restriction has been solved for Outlook and Hotmail, the team needs additional time to resolve for Yahoo. Clients with account/s registered with Yahoo email, can access the main account after resetting the password. Following a successful password reset, clients can complete the KYC verification process for the first account, while waiting for the team to finalize the solution.&#x20;

## CLAIM AND WITHDRAWAL FEATURES

Once the KYC is approved for a specific account, the account is enabled for the Claim & Withdrawal features.

### Claiming XPL Tokens

After successful KYC verification, clients will be able to unlock the XPL balance. Once the XPL tokens are unlocked, clients can claim a certain amount of XPL on a daily basis. The daily claimable amount depends on the total XPL holdings in the account, and each claimed amount will be added to your Total Withdrawal Wallet.

### Withdrawing XPL Tokens

After claiming XPL tokens, clients will be able to withdraw them externally to any external wallet address on the BSC Chain network.

The transaction should follow the minimum amount required mentioned while performing the withdrawal.

XPL is currently officially listed on the following exchange platforms: KoinBay, WEEX, and LBank.

# 5 November 2025

## YAHOO Email and Identifiers

{% hint style="success" %}
Resolved: Yahoo Email Accounts with Multiple Profiles
{% endhint %}

We are pleased to announce that the restriction affecting users with multiple accounts registered under the same Yahoo email address has been resolved.

* For users with several accounts on the Yahoo domain, each account now uses a unique identifier: \_1, \_2, \_3, etc. (e.g., o\*\*\*\*<_1@yahoo.com>, o\*\*\*\*<_2@yahoo.com>).
* This change was necessary because Yahoo does not support identifiers with +1, +2, etc. used for other registered domains
* To access all needed accounts, users should follow the reset password steps adding the relevant identifiers
* When resetting the password for any of these accounts, the password reset link will be sent to your main Yahoo email (e.g., o\*\*\*\*@yahoo.com).
* You can now successfully reset passwords and access all your accounts as needed.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this.

## Welcome to the Games Module

{% hint style="info" %}
Important: Please review the [Gaming Feature Terms](/legal/gaming-feature-terms) before accessing the Games module.
{% endhint %}

The Games module is a new part of PulseWorld where you play casual games to unlock rewards. The more you play, the more XPL you can unlock. Everything happens in one place. You move XPL into Game Coins to play, you build up Coins and XP as you go, and you turn what you collect back into XPL.

There are two ways to get XPL back into your balance. Game Coins convert back to XPL, and the XP you build up while playing can be redeemed for XPL rewards on the Rewards tab inside the games portal.

The two balances you'll see

* **XPL**: your main PulseWorld balance, shown at the top of the module.
* **Game Coins**: what you spend and collect inside the games. You create these by converting XPL.

You will also build XP as you play. XP is not a spendable balance. It is the experience that fills your level bar and unlocks the reward slabs you redeem for XPL.

This guide covers what you'll find in the module: your two balances, the convert buttons, the Play Games button, the Rewards tab where you redeem XP for XPL, and your Transaction History.

When the module is active, the dashboard is your home screen. From here you can see both balances and take every action in a tap.

**What's on screen**

* Your XPL balance and your Game Coins balance, side by side at the top.
* **Convert XPL to Game Coins**: turn XPL into coins so you can play.
* **Convert Game Coins to XPL**: turn coins back into XPL in your balance.
* **Play Games**: jump straight into the games portal, where you also redeem XP for XPL on the Rewards tab.
* **Transaction History:** a full record of everything you've done in the module.

Any XPL you redeem from the Rewards tab is credited back to your XPL balance here on the dashboard.

## Converting XPL into Game Coins

To play, you fund your Game Coins balance with XPL. This is the most common action in the module.

**How it works**

* Tap Convert XPL to Game Coins and enter how much XPL you'd like to convert. Shortcuts let you pick 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or Max of your available XPL.
* You'll see the current conversion rate and how many coins you'll receive. The rate refreshes regularly, so the figure you see is current when you confirm.
* Tap Confirm. Your XPL is deducted and the matching Game Coins are added to your balance. Balances usually update straight away, though they can occasionally take a little longer to sync.

**The current rate**

Right now, 1 XPL = 1 Game Coin. This rate may change, and the figure shown at confirmation is the one that applies. Your balance is deducted here and becomes available inside the PulseWorld games platform.

**Good to know**

* Coins are whole numbers, so the amount you receive is rounded down to a whole coin. If your amount would convert to less than one full coin, you'll be asked to enter a little more.
* In normal use, your XPL is only deducted once the matching coins are added. If a conversion does not complete, it is designed not to leave you short, and any amount affected by a synchronisation delay or technical issue is reconciled once it clears.
* Balances can take a short time to update. The timing and availability of these features are covered in the [Gaming Feature Terms](https://info.pulseworld.com/legal/gaming-feature-terms).
* This conversion shows in your Transaction History as a CONVERT entry, with a remark noting how much XPL became and how many coins.

## Converting Game Coins back into XPL

Done playing, or want to move amounts back into your XPL balance? Converting Game Coins to XPL does the reverse. It turns your coins back into XPL.

**How it works**

* Tap Convert Game Coins to XPL.
* Enter how many coins you'd like to convert. You'll see the rate and the XPL you'll receive.
* Tap Confirm. Your coins are deducted and the XPL is added to your balance, usually straight away.

Like every action in the module, this appears in your Transaction History, so you always have a clear record.

## Playing Games

Tap Play Games to enter the PulseWorld games portal. Your player profile is set up and linked automatically, so there is no separate sign-up. Your Coins and XP travel with you and are kept in step with the module, allowing for the occasional short sync delay.

**What you'll find inside, along the top**

* **Clashes**: player-vs-player challenges.
* **Quest Games**: games with quests to complete.
* **Rewards**: the tab where you redeem your XP for XPL.

**What you build as you play**

* **Game Coins**: the currency you spend and collect while playing.
* **XP**: experience you build up as you play. XP fills your level bar (for example, XP 61 / 100 at Level 1) and unlocks the reward slabs on the Rewards tab.

You build XP and Coins by doing the things you'd do anyway: completing quests, taking part in clashes, joining tournaments, and being active in the community.

## Redeeming XP for XPL

Redeeming is how your progress adds up. As you build XP, you unlock reward slabs, and each slab you are eligible for can be redeemed for XPL. Redemption is done inside the games portal, on the Rewards tab at the top. The XPL you redeem is credited to your XPL balance on the dashboard, usually straight away.

#### The reward ladder

Here is what each slab needs and the XPL you receive. These values are current and may change. The further you climb, the bigger the reward.

<table data-search="false"><thead><tr><th>XP Level</th><th>XP Required</th><th>XPL Reward</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td>100</td><td>5 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>300</td><td>15 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>500</td><td>40 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td>1,000</td><td>100 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>15</td><td>1,500</td><td>175 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>20</td><td>2,000</td><td>300 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>30</td><td>3,000</td><td>600 XPL</td></tr><tr><td>50</td><td>5,000</td><td>1,500 XPL</td></tr></tbody></table>

**How to redeem**

* Tap Play Games to open the games portal, then open the Rewards tab at the top.
* You'll see a card for each XP level slab, each showing XP to XPL, the XPL you'll receive, and the XP required to unlock it.
* Every slab shows as Eligible or Ineligible based on your current XP. Once you have enough XP for a slab, it becomes eligible and you can redeem it.
* Redeem the slab and the XPL reward is credited to your XPL balance on the dashboard. Switch to My Redemptions to see everything you've already claimed.

**The golden rules of redemption**

* Each slab can only be redeemed once, ever, per player.
* Once a slab is redeemed it stays marked as redeemed and cannot be claimed again.
* Each redemption appears in your Transaction History as a Claim entry.

## Your Transaction History

Everything you do in the module is recorded in Transaction History, so you always have a clear, complete record. You can filter it, set a date range, and download it.

#### **Filters and tools**

* **Tabs**: All, Unlock, Claim, and Withdraw to focus on one kind of activity.
* Status filter, plus From Date and To Date to narrow by time, and Reset to clear it.
* **Download**: export your history.

#### **What each column means**

<table data-search="false"><thead><tr><th>Column</th><th>What it shows</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>ID</td><td>The entry's reference number.</td></tr><tr><td>Wallet</td><td>The balance involved (for example, XPL).</td></tr><tr><td>Amount</td><td>The amount for the transaction.</td></tr><tr><td>Fee</td><td>Any fee applied (shown as a dash when there is none).</td></tr><tr><td>Net Amount</td><td>The amount after any fee.</td></tr><tr><td>Type</td><td>The kind of transaction (see below).</td></tr><tr><td>Transaction Hash</td><td>The on-chain reference, where one applies.</td></tr><tr><td>Status</td><td>Where the transaction stands.</td></tr><tr><td>Date</td><td>When it happened.</td></tr><tr><td>Remarks</td><td>Extra detail, such as how much XPL converted to how many coins.</td></tr></tbody></table>
